Our Promise

We want you to love your wall art. Every print is produced on demand on museum-quality archival paper and quality-checked before it leaves our print partner. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the original item unless we ask.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we'll reprint and reship your order at no cost, or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind

Because each piece is custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or "didn't fit my space" reasons once production has started. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we can usually cancel and refund in full if printing has not yet begun.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout may be reshipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Payments are processed by Shopify Inc. via Shopify Payments. To request a refund or replacement:

  • Email us at support@little4home.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue
  • We will review and, where applicable, issue the refund through Shopify back to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
